ISO/IEC 27001

ISO/IEC 27001 is in progress, not earned. You should treat this as an honest signal of intent rather than a shipped certification. We'll update this row the moment the audit closes with evidence you can verify.

SOC 2

SOC 2 Type I and Type II are not pursued today. You won't find a SOC 2 report behind a sales gate here because we don't have one, and we'd rather say so than imply otherwise.

GDPR

We are GDPR compliant. Your data-subject rights — access, deletion, rectification, portability — are honored, and your Data Processing Agreement is available on request. Email support@pdfclarity.com and a human responds.

CCPA

We are CCPA compliant. Your right to know, delete, and opt out of any sale of your personal information applies. We do not sell your data, so the opt-out is effectively permanent for your Pdf Clarity account.

HIPAA

HIPAA is not pursued today. If your workflow involves protected health information, you should choose a provider that offers a signed Business Associate Agreement — we're not that provider right now, and we won't pretend to be.

Your subprocessor list is available on request — email support@pdfclarity.com for the current list. We'll publish a live page once the vendor set stabilizes, and we'll notify you before we add a new one that touches your data.
