Workflow blueprint

How it works

The public entry point is intentionally short. You choose the file, land in the live tool, and finish the job in a workspace tailored to that task.

01

Upload one or more PDFs and open the shared overlay workspace with header and footer controls ready.

02

Preview page-edge placement, choose a page range, and use page-number tokens where needed before export.

03

Generate fresh output PDFs from the staged source files, then download them or save them into Files.

01

Add headers, footers, or both across a selected page range.

02

Use one queue-aware workspace instead of a separate upload and export path.

03

Download the output PDFs or save them into Files after review.

Common questions

Can I include page numbers in the header or footer?

Yes. The overlay workspace supports `{page}` and `{total}` tokens, so you can render page counts without switching into the editor.

Can I remove the header later?

Not yet. The current output model generates a fresh PDF from the staged source file, so changing the overlay later still means regenerating from the original PDF.
